Refunds Returns and Exchange

Covers N More honors its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is damaged, faulty, incorrectly shipped by us or not in accordance with what you ordered. Exchange items due to incorrect size ordered or change of mind, much be returned at your cost.

Shipping/Postage/Handling costs on all purchases are Not Refundable

Refunds - Standard Products

To be eligible for an approved refund on our selected range of ready made products, they must be returned UNOPENED, in its original package, unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition.  Approved refunds will be issued via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.  Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed. If the product has been OPENED but is still in the original package, is unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition, a Store Credit to the value will be issued.

No refunds or exchange will be issued due to INCORRECT SIZE or CHANGE OF MIND for Standard Table Protectors, Pool Table Covers, Table Cloths and  Washing Machine/Clothes Dryer Covers so please choose the size carefully.

Refunds - Custom Made Products

There are no refunds on Custom Made Products unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for an approved refund, it must be returned UNOPENED, in its original package, unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition.  Approved refunds will be issued via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.  Please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed. If the product has been OPENED but is still in the original package, is unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition, a Store Credit to the value will be issued.

Return Instructions

Please call 0405092345 to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number before returning an item. Parcels without an RA number will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.  For safety and security of the parcel you are returning , it is recommended you send the parcel registered and insured as we are unable to take responsibility for missing parcels and can only issue a refund when we have received your return item.

Exchange

If you have changed your mind, we will happy exchange the item with a product that you will be happier with.  You have twenty-one (21) days to decide if you would like an exchange. You will need to pay for the exchange postage. Exchange items must be returned at your cost in the original packaging, unopened, unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition.  There are no returns on Custom Made Orders.

Faulty Goods

Covers N More prides itself on producing quality products and we have a stringent Quality Control procedure in place before a product is send out for delivery. If you believe an items is faulty please contact us immediately to discuss this matter.  If possible, please send a photograph of the fault.  On receipt of the goods, the item will be assessed to determine if you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.   If the item is assessed as faulty, you will not be required to pay for shipping for return or exchange.  Please contact us for further instructions.

Please note that photos and images are representative of design only and the product may vary.  Despite our best efforts to accurately colour match, there may be variations due to image reproduction and the resolution of your computer screen.  We cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours on your screen/monitor and strongly advise you to use colours as a guide only.
