Processing of Standard Stock Orders
Standard items in stock will be processed within 5 days business days after payment has been received with the exception of Table Protectors which due to the Christmas rush could take 10-15 business days.
Processing of Custom Made Orders
Table Protectors and ALL CUSTOM ORDERS can take up to 10-15 business days to processes after payment has been received.
Covers N More use a combination of delivery services such as Australia Post and Couriers. The choice of delivery service depends on your location. We are obliged to deliver only to the address which you have specified. Covers N More will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur because you are unable to take delivery at the place specified.
Delivery by Courier
Our courier will deliver to a residential or business premises only. When providing a delivery address, please ensure the courier has access to the property. A signature is required to collect delivery. If no one is available to sign/collect, the courier will leave a notification card. Please follow the instructions provided in the email sent with your tracking number. Note that the courier company scans all notification cards left when there is no one at the delivery address as proof of delivery. If no call is made to the courier company within 48 hours of leaving a notification card, the parcel will be returned to Covers N More. If this occurs, an additional postage fee will be applied to have the parcel redelivered. If you advise the courier company to leave a parcel without a signature, Covers N More accept no responsibility for stolen or loss of delivery of goods.
Delivery by Australia Post
Depending on your location, it may be appropriate to send a parcel via Australia Post. If no one is available to sign/collect, Australia Post will leave a notification card. In this case, please follow the instructions on the card. If you advise Australia Post to leave a parcel without a signature, Covers N More accept no responsibility for stolen or loss of delivery of goods. Usually a signature is required to collect the parcel.
Where possible, a tracking number will be issued upon dispatch using either our Courier or Australia Post. An email will be sent to you with tracking and delivery instructions so you can track the shipping status of your order. We also provide a link to the relevant website. Delivery times are estimates only.
Covers N More will aim to dispatch all orders within 3-10 business days but please also allow for the additional transit times.
Estimated Transit Timeframes
- Victoria: 3-5 business days
- New South Wales, South Australia: 2-5 business days
- Tasmania: 7 business days
- Queensland: 1-5 business days
- Northern Territory: 5-7 business days
- Western Australia: : 7 business days
You are welcome to pick up your order. Simply select "Pick-Up" during the online checkout an d wwe will phone you with the pickup details when your order is ready.
Should you order not arrive
Should your order not arrive there could be a very good reason. Therefore:
- Check the tracking number and view the status of your delivery through Australia Post or the nominated Courier Service
- Check your letterbox for an attempted delivery advice card as there may have been an attempted delivery
